Owner & Executive Head Chef
Leslie isn’t just part of Bella Rose, she is Bella Rose. From dreaming up the first garden layout to balancing timelines and table linens, she’s been the heartbeat of the venue since day one. Arizona born and raised, Leslie built this dream space alongside her family, blending her love of design, hosting, and heartfelt celebration into every corner.
With a background in hospitality and nonprofit work, Leslie brings equal parts vision and grit to the table. She attended the Arizona Culinary Institute, where she built a strong foundation in culinary technique, flavor development, and large-scale event execution. As Executive Head Chef, she oversees all culinary operations from menu creation to final presentation, ensuring every dish is thoughtfully crafted, beautifully executed, and designed to elevate each celebration.
Behind the scenes, Leslie is the spicy margarita of the team: bold, fun, and best enjoyed under twinkle lights. She believes weddings should be as joyful and unique as the couples themselves, and she’s here to make sure they are.

With 12 years under his belt and roots in San Bernardino, California, Chad brings big energy and even bigger heart to everything he touches, especially the fast-paced banquet side of the venue, where he thrives most.
Chad’s journey into weddings was a natural fit. Passionate about people and driven by the joy of celebration, he’s the first to dive into a conversation with newly engaged couples, eager to hear their vision and help bring it to life. Whether he’s talking timelines, setups, or simply offering a calm, confident presence, Chad’s leadership is steady, intentional, and always guest-focused.

Born and raised in Phoenix, Ashley grew into the wedding industry like it was second nature. She lights up on wedding days, especially when seeing couples beam with joy as they step into forever. She’s the kind of leader who makes everyone feel heard and inspired, fueled by iced hazelnut coffee and a whole lot of heart.
Whether she’s guiding a couple through planning or helping the team thrive behind the scenes, Ashley brings sweet energy (but don’t push it, she does mean business when needed 😄). Think of her as the secret energizer who makes magic happen without ever taking the spotlight.

Now, as Venue Coordinator, Aislyn brings both creativity and calm to every celebration. Whether she’s syncing up timelines or tearing up as the bride walks down the aisle (she swears it gets her every time), her passion for love stories shines through.
When she’s away from Bella Rose Estate, Aislyn can usually be found enjoying the Arizona sunshine or spending time with the people she loves most.
