  • BOOKING & AVAILABILITY
How do I schedule a tour?

Tours are available during the following hours:
- Tuesday & Thursday: 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Wednesday: 1:00 PM – 7:30 PM
- Friday & Saturday: 10:00 AM – 1:30 PM
- Sunday & Monday: Closed

We do not offer soft holds on dates. Your date is secured once the signed agreement and $2,000 nonrefundable deposit are received.

A $2,000 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your wedding date. The deposit is applied toward your total package balance, and your date is secured once your signed contract and deposit are received.

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 120 days prior to your event date and are subject to availability. Payments made toward your original date are not guaranteed to transfer to a new date.

Where is Bella Rose Estate Located?

Bella Rose Estate can comfortably accommodate up to 300 guests.

Your venue rental includes exclusive access to Bella Rose Estate's beautiful event spaces, including two private changing suites, our Grand Ballroom, outdoor cocktail area, and garden ceremony and reception spaces. No need to worry, we always have a Plan B! If weather prevents an outdoor ceremony or cocktail hour, our team will seamlessly move your celebration indoors to our beautiful Grand Ballroom, ensuring your day remains stress-free and memorable, rain or shine.

Yes! Bella Rose Estate is ADA accessible. We have three ramps located throughout the property to help ensure guests can comfortably access our event spaces.

  • PACKAGES
What is the guest minimun?

Our most of our packages have a 50-guest minimum. If you're planning a smaller celebration, we also offer micro wedding packages designed for more intimate gatherings.

  • VENDORS
What vendors am I required to use through Bella Rose Estate?

To provide a seamless and consistent experience, catering, bartending, and DJ services are required through Bella Rose Estate.

You're welcome to bring in your own vendors for services such as photography, videography, florals, hair and makeup, and more. The only vendors required through Bella Rose Estate are catering, bartending, and DJ services.

We have a curated list of trusted vendors that we know and love working with. While you're welcome to choose your own vendors, our preferred vendor list is a great resource to help you find experienced professionals for your wedding day. Click here to view our preferred vendors.

Hiring a wedding planner is not required. However, we highly recommend one if you have extensive décor, DIY projects, or would like someone to coordinate setup and teardown. A planner allows you, your family, and your wedding party to relax and fully enjoy the celebration.

Vendor setup times are determined on a case-by-case basis. In most cases, vendors may begin setting up at the start of your rental time. If additional setup time is needed, we're happy to discuss accommodations in advance whenever possible.

  • CATERING
Can I bring in outside catering?

To ensure the highest quality food and service, all events at Bella Rose Estate are catered exclusively by our in-house team, Bella Events & Catering.

We offer gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, and vegan options, and we're happy to accommodate most food allergies and dietary restrictions. Let us know your guests' needs during the planning process.

A complimentary tasting is included with our Midnight Rose, Golden Rose, and Wild Rose wedding collections. Tastings are not included with our Blush Rose collection or corporate events.

We offer a variety of menu options and are happy to work with you to create a menu that reflects your style, preferences, and vision for your wedding day.

Bella Rose Estate and Bella Events & Catering work together to provide a seamless, stress-free experience from planning through your wedding day. All of our food is prepared fresh on-site in our commercial catering kitchen and served by our experienced catering team. Because our venue and catering teams work hand in hand, we can ensure exceptional quality, smooth communication, and outstanding service from start to finish.

  • BARTENDING
Can I bring my own alcohol?

Bella Rose Estate is a BYOB venue, so you're welcome to provide your own beer, wine, and liquor for your event.

One professional bartender is included with your package. For events with more than 125 guests, we recommend adding a second bartender to ensure efficient service. Additional bartenders are available for $200 each.

Our bar package includes Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, an assortment of juices, margarita mix, lemons, and limes for garnishes. If you'd like additional mixers or specialty ingredients, you're welcome to provide them.

Signature cocktails are welcome. If your signature drinks require mixers or ingredients beyond what's included in our bar package, you're welcome to bring those items with your alcohol.

We provide clear acrylic cups for all bar service. If you'd prefer specialty glassware, you're welcome to rent and provide it through an outside rental company.

  • DECOR & SET UP
Can we decorate the venue?

Absolutely! You're welcome to bring your own DIY décor or work with a professional decorator or florist to personalize the space and bring your vision to life.

For safety, all flames must be fully contained. Tapered candles are permitted only if the flame sits at least 1 inch below the top of the container. We also ask that glitter not be used, and we encourage couples to avoid artificial aisle petals whenever possible.

In most cases, you may begin decorating at the start of your rental time. Earlier access may be available on a case-by-case basis depending on the venue schedule.

Your Bella Rose Day-of Coordinator will assist with minor décor setup and teardown. If you have more extensive décor or DIY elements, you'll be responsible for arranging setup and cleanup through family, friends, a hired decorator, or your wedding planner.

Tables, chairs, and standard linens are included with our wedding packages. If you're interested in specialty tables, chairs, or upgraded rentals, you're welcome to rent them.

No, gratuity is not included. We provide all of our couples with a recommended tipping guide to help make planning easy.

  • EVENT DAY
How long is the venue rental?

Our venue rental times vary depending on your event:
Wedding Package: 8 hours
Reception-Only Package: 5.5 hours
Party Package: 5 hours

A rehearsal is included with our wedding packages and is typically held the day before your wedding. Your rehearsal date and time will be scheduled based on our event calendar and venue availability.

Every package includes a Bella Rose Day-of Coordinator. Your coordinator will assist with planning your timeline and menu, serve as the main point of contact between the venue and your vendors, and help with light décor setup and teardown to ensure your day runs as smoothly as possible.

Guests depart 30 minutes before your rental time ends. This allows time for your personal belongings to be gathered and for the venue to begin cleanup before the conclusion of your rental.

  • GENERAL
Are children welcome?

Absolutely!

Ye love including furry family members in your special day. Pets are welcome with proof of insurance and may be on the property 30 minutes before your ceremony through the end of cocktail hour.
