Bella Rose Estate REQUIRES you to use their preferred bartending and catering vendor for all party packages from their preferred vendor
list. Security services required if alcohol is served; service obtained by Bella Rose Estate at customer’s expense (1 security per 150 people).
*Only 50% deposit to secure your date; remaining balance due 30 days prior to event date
